2.4 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Methods

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for any method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: completed within 5 to 30 minutes

3.3 Withdrawal Process

For withdrawals, players may only use the payment method registered on the platform. rf89 does not support transfers to third-party accounts, and rf89 will not be responsible for any issues arising from such transfers.

3.4 Financial Verification

To keep deposit and withdrawal transactions secure, rf89 may verify players' personal information. During verification, players must cooperate with rf89's requests. Failure to cooperate may result in the withdrawal being put on hold.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

rf89's welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus as cash, a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount must be met.

Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw as cash, you must complete 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks in wagering.
Example 2 — If you deposit 620,000 Ks, you will receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a total of 920,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must complete 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks in wagering.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • Each promotion may have its own specific terms, and players must follow them as stated on the platform.
  • rf89 reserves the right to modify or close any bonus promotion without prior notice.

4.3 VIP Tiered Cashback

rf89's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze tier members can receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Tier upgrades are determined by rf89 based on the player's activity and betting history.

Player Responsibilities

Players have the following responsibilities when using the platform —

  • To personally manage their own funds and betting activity.
  • Not to borrow money from third parties to play.
  • Not to attempt cybercrime, hacking, or any dishonest exploitation of the platform.
  • Not to intentionally exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in game software for unfair gain; if such behaviour is found, all funds obtained will be forfeited.
  • Collusion with other players is strictly prohibited.

If any player is found to have violated the responsibilities above, rf89 has the right to close the account without prior warning and to handle any remaining balance in accordance with the law.
